If you are a producer that is subject to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements and in order to be compliant with the French Anti-Waste Law for a Circular Economy (AGEC law), Metro Markets will require the following information when creating listings (if applicable):
- Unique Identification Number (IDU)
- Eco Participation Fees
- Reparability Index
- Take Back Policy
- Environmental Qualities & Characteristics
- Availability of Spare Parts
If you are listing in any categories subject to French EPR regulations, once you create an offer you need to enter the recycling amount in the Eco- Participation field. Please note that this amount must be included in the Net Price. Please check with your relevant eco-organisation (PRO) about the applicable eco-participation to be applied for the categories concerned
